Be clear about whether your primary purpose is:
- to share / showcase content, or
- to get communication going between participants
Reviewing forward plans
One person from each institution or group will summarise their plan
A range of aspects may come up, such as
- safe and responsible use of social media
- dealing with Facebook requests from young people
- moderating comments
- getting the right tone and keeping it consistent
- maintaining a consistent presence -how often do you need to update content
- posting automatically to multiple services (for example from Facebook to Twitter and your blog)
- etc
